John first moved to Lakewood, Colorado in 1972 and has moved around the Green Mountain, Golden and foothills areas ever since. John is a Mechanical Engineer (BSME 1981, CU Boulder) and is a registered P.E. in Colorado. He also worked for a two large electrical companies on industrial power and automation projects where he was exposed to many different manufacturing and process plants. Those technical skills make John an even better partner in reviewing potential properties to purchase because he often points out possible concerns with the mechanical, plumbing, communications, and electrical systems of the property.
As an M.B.A. (1985, Arizona State University, Tempe) and having attended a number of continuing education classes on a wide range of business and financial topics, John can help you understand the profit potential of a prospective property and often makes suggestions on maximizing the value of your investment.
